It Takes a Village Festival

Come join the It Takes a Village Festival!! This event is one of a kind, hosted by Permatours. Permatours’ mission is to co-create a sustainable future through joyful learning experiences that empower people to live, work, & thrive in harmony with our planet & with each other. Maine Community Solar is thrilled to be camping out for the weekend long festival and joining a movement focused on creating healthier living spaces that can reverse the damaging effects of CO2 emissions! There will be a LARGE variety of vendors and activities, from the gourmet vegetarian meals to the education of building with hempcrete, to live music, natural medicine making, acro yoga, meditation, dance and more!! Did we mention this event welcomes guests to tent out over the weekend?!
