Maine Community Solar and An Angel’s Wing Inc.

Maine Community Solar has partnered up with An Angel’s Wing Inc. in their mission to ensure each person has every opportunity available to live, learn and recover from substance use disorder with access to education, detoxification, rehabilitation and employment. We are so excited to have come together to create a fundraising program that benefits the community through multiple channels. Maine Community Solar will be hosting a table at An Angel’s Wing Bakery and Thrift Shop location in Lewiston on Monday, Oct. 23rd, Monday, October 30th and Saturday, November 4th, to answer questions help clarify how people can participate in a fundraising campaign that serves not one but two worthy causes! Substance use disorder, renewable energy and sustainability are topics that greatly impact local communities and future generations. When our friends and families choose to support renewable energy through a local community solar program, they do something great for the community and raise money for An Angel’s Wing without having to come out of pocket! For each person that enrolls with community solar between October 23rd- November 6th, MCS will donate $50 to An Angel’s Wing on your behalf.
